Ayrfield Medical Practice is an seven doctor GP practice based in Kilkenny. We see patients on an appointment or walkin basis. We provide a wide range of medical services including womens and mens health, minor surgery, childhood immunisations, occupational health medicals, travel vaccinations, sports and minor injuries, blood tests and health screening including exercise stress testing.
At our clinic on the Granges Road in Kilkenny working alongside our GP's we also have weekly consultant specialist clinics in general surgery, ENT, ophthalmology, urology, plastic surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedics and cosmetic surgery. Other services available are physiotherapy, dietician, audiology, chiropody, psychology, massage therapy, yoga and osteopathy.
Health Minister opens Primary Care Centre in Kilkenny City
A STATE OF THE ART Primary Care Centre and Medical Park was officially opened in Kilkenny today (Friday 30th September) by the Minister for Health Dr. James Reilly TD.
Ayrfield Primary Care Centre at Ayrfield Medical Park, on the city’s Grange’s Road, features GPs and practice nurses attached to the former Dean Street Medical Centre, working as part of a Primary Care Team.
The Park was developed and financed by the GPs as a result of the pressing need they felt for a primary care centre offering a full range of services to their patients.
